Q: When and where is the expo being held?
A: The Collectible Expo will be held every Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at The Shoppes at Carlsbad, located at 2561 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92008
Q: What is the price of a vendor booth?
A: We're offering a range of booth sizes and configurations to suit different needs and budgets and believe that the booth prices for the expo are highly competitive and represent a great value for the vendor. Prices may vary depending on booth location and availability.
Q: What is included with a vendor booth?
A: Each booth will be enclosed by grid panels or fences. The panels can support the hanging of light weight merchandise. The vendor is responsible for setting up and decorating their booth, including providing any necessary tables, chairs, signage, and display cases.
Q: How do I select the booth location?
A: The location is now accessible to all potential vendors. You're more than welcome to stop by and say hello or take a quick tour of the location. Please reach out to us beforehand to confirm our availability for your visit.
Q: How do I apply to become a vendor?
A: To apply, please contact us with a brief introduction about you and one of our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
Q: Can I leave my merchandise in the booth overnight?
A: As a vendor at the NinjaXchange Collectible Expo, you are permitted to leave your merchandise in your booth during the paid month. A lock system will be provided to ensure the security of your assets. Furthermore, mall security personnel will patrol the premises round-the-clock and security cameras with motion sensors will be installed inside the building to enhance security.
Q: What is the setup schedule?
A: We are open almost every day. Vendors are more than welcome to come during weekdays to set up your booth. Please reach out to us beforehand to confirm our availability prior to your arrival.
Q: What can I sell at the expo?
A: You can sell any legal collectible items, including but not limited to comic books, toys, action figures, trading cards, posters, and artwork. We do not allow the sale of illegal or counterfeit products, or products that promote or glorify violence, hate, or discrimination.
Q: Is there security provided at the expo?
A: Yes, the expo will take place at The Shoppes at Carlsbad mall, where mall security personnel will be patrolling the perimeter 24/7. While they will not be stationed inside the building, each vendor will be provided with direct contact information for mall security in case assistance is required during the event.
Q: Can I promote my participation in the event on social media?
A: Yes, we encourage vendors to promote their participation in the event on their social media channels. Please tag us in your posts and use the event hashtag.
Q: Can I sell food or beverages in my booth?
A: No, food and beverage sales are not allowed in vendor booths.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your participation in the NinjaXchange Collectible Expo. If such a situation arises, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. The contract between us is a month-to-month agreement, and if you wish to cancel your contract, all you need to do is inform us of your decision. However, please note that the registration fee is non-refundable, and we will not be able to issue any refunds for this fee.
